BioMar’s strategy, Above & Beyond, is guided by the company’s purpose to enable efficient and sustainable global aquaculture. The strategy reflects a clear shift towards value creation through the commercialisation of sustainability and operational excellence, while accelerating growth in existing markets and expanding into new geographies and business areas.
The strategy is built on the belief that strong financial performance goes hand in hand with contributing to a sustainable future for people and the planet. It is executed through four strategic pillars:

Central to the strategy is the development of a truly global, integrated business model. Through The BioMar Way, the company delivers partnership-driven customer solutions based on innovation, collaboration, performance and sustainability— with commercial agility while remaining globally coherent. This approach enables BioMar to leverage scale, shared systems and unified methodologies, ensuring alignment across business units and global functions as the company executes on its long-term strategic and sustainability objectives.

Delivering purpose-driven profitable growth Towards 2030, BioMar expects to deliver continued profitable growth supported by favourable long-term market fundamentals. At the same time, it is our ambition to reach our sustainability ambitions for Climate Action, Circular & Restorative and Enable People.
We target an average annual volume growth of 4–6%, while EBIT is expected to grow by 8–10% per annum, reflecting an increasing focus on value creation and operational efficiency. BioMar aims to maintain a ROIC including goodwill above 20%.
BioMar intends to uphold a disciplined financial policy, targeting a capital structure of 1.0–2.0x net interest-bearing debt to EBITDA. The dividend policy supports attractive shareholder returns, with an ambition to distribute at least 50% of annual net profit as dividends, subject to financial performance and investment requirements.
